Taylor Swift has landed on another magazine cover, this time in the UK!
The singer/songwriter covers the April issue of Instyle UK where she reveals her innermost thoughts and fears.
"My fears circle around me making the wrong choices and messing this up for myself. I don't wanna end up being awful and intolerable. Alone. Laying in a marble bathtub by myself, like sad, with a glass of wine just complaining that my life ended up alone because I pushed everyone away because I thought I was too good to hang out with anybody."
Taylor also told the magazine why she mostly has girl friends. "I mean, there's all kinds of complicated things with having guys as friends. If they have a girlfriend who doesn't like you or things like that. So I have like two or three guy friends. A select few. But I have like 20-25 really good girlfriends."

The 19-year-old was once again spotted wearing the mask in London as he chilled with his friends. He was spotted at dinner at upscale Chinese restaurant Mr. Chow in Knightsbridge before heading to 45 Park Lane hotel.
What do you think the point of the gas mask is? Is he trying to shield himself from the paparazzi? We think it draws more attention to himself and makes him easier to spot. Weight in in the comments below!

Much like animated comedy South Park, news programme The Daily Show has been a popular long-running staple of cable network Comedy Central, though it too is likely to experience a few changes this year, as host Jon Stewart revealed that he will be taking a three-month hiatus from his role over the summer.
The move is said to be one to enable him to work on his directorial debut with upcoming ‘serious movie’ Rosewater (based on a true story from BBC reporter Maziar Bahari on his experiences in an Iranian prison), his first position in film since playing himself on The Adjustment Bureau and hosting the Oscars in 2008.
The 50-year-old comedian said to Deadline of his personal view of the differences between working in TV and on film: “I am a television person who is accustomed to having a thought at 10 AM and having it out there at 6:30 PM and moving on, so this [movie] is a little scary, yes. One of the reasons we are in this business is to challenge ourselves.”
For worried fans of his regular work on the satirical news series, Stewart will be replaced over the three months by guest presenter John Oliver, who earns a temporary promotion from being a ‘correspondent’ on the series.
Set to be a rare break from the series in which he has made well over 1,000 episodes, will Stewart’s absence be detrimental to The Daily Show, or will the supporting cast step up and maintain the show ratings while he is away?
Web-based mini-series are all the rage these days, as are YouTube-based parodies of video game worlds, and it appears as though Machinima, specialists in combining the two factors, are taking on an unofficial backstory to one of the finest pieces of dark comedy media ever produced.
The two-game Portal series was a breakout hit with players for its innovative sci-fi gameplay and continuous in-game taunting from the villainous computer overlord ‘GLaDOS’ (‘the cake is a lie’), winning numerous awards and in its sequel boasted the voice acting of Stephen Merchant (The Office, The Ricky Gervais Show) as ‘Wheatley’.
While the plot of the games mainly focuses on the adventures of test subject ‘Chell’ with her physics-defying ‘portal gun’, the story does touch on a subplot that will be the focus of Machinima’s series, namely the history of the company behind the portal gun and testing facilities, Aperture Science.
The spinoff, entitled Apeture R&D, will be produced by Wayside Creations, and is described by Machinima as ‘The Office meets Aperture Labs’, with dark humor and game references expected in the backstory.
The project is claimed to be under the control of creators who are fans of the series, so will their care succeed in making the mini-series a hit? While the actual show does not begin online until 15 March, a teaser trailer has been revealed, containing companion cubes, mini-portals, and office humour as expected. It’s not like you have a chance to avoid it, so go ahead, watch it. For science.
In the high-pressure world of TV, it is always important for networks to maintain their best assets before the competition can get a look-in, and having the mid-to-long term security of many animated series secured, Fox have snapped up new seasons of several of their live-action formats ahead of time.
Leading the slate of four shows confirmed for a return on the network are Zooey Deschanel-led ‘highest-rated comedy’ New Girl (pictured) and Kevin Bacon drama The Following, while Raising Hope and The Mindy Project have also been given ‘early renewals’ to seal their presence on Fox for next year. The announcements follow on from confirmation of crime dramedy Bones coming back for a ninth season, and ‘ongoing negotiations’ to bring musical drama Glee in for a season five.
For the more recent confirmations, though, it is known that The Following, which began in January, will be most likely to return to screens at the same point in 2014 for a 15-episode midseason run, according to Bacon’s contract. Fans of New Girl, meanwhile, will be able to see a third season of the ‘bubbly and offbeat’ Jess (Deschanel) and her life in an apartment with three men, presumably set to begin in September as with previous runs.
Fox’s entertainment chairman Kevin Reilly noted of The Following‘s strong start: “From the very beginning, we felt Kevin Williamson and Marcos Siega had created a high-quality, edge-of-your-seat drama that could break from the pack, and it is exciting to see the audience responding. Kevin Bacon and James Purefoy have given us two of the most compelling characters on television and the entire cast is incredible. I’m delighted to have this thrill ride continue on Fox for another season.”
He added of the three recommissioned sitcoms: “We love working with these talented producers and casts who, week after week, create some of the funniest work on television. These shows are creatively vibrant, they have established a loyal and passionate audience and they will continue to define and grow the Fox comedy brand next season and beyond.”
